Strategic Communications Audit and Planning -  

RossWrites analyzes an institution’s strategic plan; interviews its principal architects and implementers; reviews existing communications plans, practices, and personnel; and provides a set of recommendations and related outcomes that are tailored to match the institution’s priorities, culture, and resources. 

 

Audits typically include two campus visits, the first to get to know the institution and its personnel and the second to present initial recommendations.  An audit generally requires two to three months to complete.  Depending on the scope, fees range between $5,000 and $10,000.
